AURIO needs 200 founding signatures from Greek citizens on the electoral roll, under Law 3023/2002. The declaration is issued on gov.gr in about three minutes. You download the signed PDF and email it to AURIO. We verify authenticity at docs.gov.gr.
Under Article 27 of Law 4727/2020 the gov.gr PDF is legally equivalent to a wet-ink signature. AURIO never sees your Taxisnet credentials.
How to issue and send
- Open gov.gr and log in with your Taxisnet credentials. Your name, ΑΦΜ and ΑΔΤ auto-fill.
- Paste the declaration text below into the "Περιεχόμενο Δήλωσης" field.
- Paste the recipient line into the "Προς" field.
- Issue the declaration. gov.gr generates a signed PDF with a verification code.
- Press «Αποθήκευση» to download the PDF, then email it to the AURIO address below.
- Fill the short form below so we can confirm receipt with you.

Υπογράφω ελεύθερα, ενσυνείδητα και αυτοπροσώπως την ιδρυτική διακήρυξη του πολιτικού κόμματος με την επωνυμία «AURIO» (ιστότοπος: https://aurio.party), στο πλαίσιο της συγκέντρωσης των απαιτούμενων υπογραφών για τη σύστασή του, κατά τα οριζόμενα στο άρθρο 29 του Συντάγματος και στο άρθρο 29 του Ν. 3023/2002, όπως ισχύει. 2. Είμαι Έλληνας/ίδα πολίτης, έχω συμπληρώσει το δέκατο όγδοο (18ο) έτος της ηλικίας μου και έχω το δικαίωμα του εκλέγειν, μη εμπίπτοντας σε καμία από τις περιπτώσεις περιορισμού του εκλογικού δικαιώματος που προβλέπονται στο άρθρο 51 παρ. 3 του Συντάγματος και εξειδικεύονται στην εκλογική νομοθεσία (Π.Δ. 26/2012). 3. Τα στοιχεία ταυτοποίησής μου (ονοματεπώνυμο, πατρώνυμο, μητρώνυμο, ημερομηνία γέννησης, ΑΔΤ, ΑΦΜ, διεύθυνση κατοικίας) που συνοδεύουν την παρούσα είναι αληθή και ακριβή. 4. Αποδέχομαι την καταχώριση και επεξεργασία των ανωτέρω προσωπικών δεδομένων από τους ιδρυτές του κόμματος AURIO αποκλειστικά για τον σκοπό της κατάθεσης του φακέλου σύστασης στον Άρειο Πάγο και της επαλήθευσης των υπογραφών, σύμφωνα με τον Καν. (ΕΕ) 2016/679 (GDPR) και τον Ν. 4624/2019. 5. Δεν έχω υπογράψει την ιδρυτική διακήρυξη άλλου υπό σύσταση πολιτικού κόμματος για την ίδια εκλογική περίοδο. 6. Η παρούσα δήλωση εκδίδεται ψηφιακά μέσω της Ενιαίας Ψηφιακής Πύλης gov.gr και επέχει θέση εγγράφου με βεβαιωμένο το γνήσιο της υπογραφής, κατ’ άρθρο 27 του Ν. 4727/2020.

Your signed PDF arrives separately by email. This form pairs it with your email and δήμος, and records your GDPR consent for the filing.
Common questions
Why do I have to send the document myself? Can I just give you a code?
The verification code on docs.gov.gr proves a document is authentic, but it does not let a third party fetch its contents from your account. gov.gr does not push declarations to private organisations. Your conscious act of forwarding is also what gives AURIO the GDPR consent to process your identity data.
What if I do not have Taxisnet?
You can issue the same declaration on paper, take it to any ΚΕΠ for βεβαίωση γνησίου υπογραφής, and post it to AURIO. The legal effect is identical. The audit trail is heavier on our side.
Can I withdraw my signature later?
Yes. Email the same address you sent your gov.gr declaration to and ask for removal. Your record is purged and the corresponding entry in the AURIO ledger is deleted. For founders, withdrawal must happen before the file is lodged at the Court of Cassation.
What happens to my personal data?
Identity data is held under GDPR for the sole purpose of the Court of Cassation filing. After the file is lodged, names appear on the public party register required by Law 3023/2002. Auxiliary fields (email, ΑΦΜ digits) stay internal to AURIO.
